Some items may be available for personalization. It is your responsibility to provide accurate customization details, as personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send the shipping confirmation email.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasionally items may be out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you and either cancel the item or provide the option to wait for restocking.

Shipping

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• The return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personal nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Boxed Cards (once opened)
• Candy & Chocolate (for health and safety reasons)
• Bath & Body products (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or custom-made items (including certain Arts & Crafts and Banners & Streamers)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and product details
2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization and shipping address
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, include all documents, and ship to the provided address
4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

For exchanges, the new item will ship once the return is approved, following standard delivery times.
