Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please choose from the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personal nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Boxed Cards (once opened)
  • Candy & Chocolate (for health and safety reasons)
  • Bath & Body products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items (including certain Arts & Crafts and Banners & Streamers)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization and shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include all documents, and ship to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection via email.

Refund Timelines and Methods

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. For exchanges, the new item will ship once the return is approved, following standard delivery times.
