Our Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Boxed Cards (once opened)
- Candy & Chocolate (for health and safety reasons)
- Bath & Body products (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items (including certain Arts & Crafts and Banners & Streamers)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and include all relevant documents. Ship it to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Timelines and Methods
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You can expect to receive the refund within 7-10 business days after we process the return. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Shipping times for exchanges will follow our standard delivery estimates.
